The city of Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, will hold a "Beer Festival" at "Soso Planet Sinan," located at 315 Seokho-ro, Sangnok-gu, on July 25 and 26 to revitalize the youth mall.
"Soso Planet" is the name of Ansan's youth mall, meaning "a complex cultural space filled with small, everyday joys." To provide opportunities for youth entrepreneurship and to boost the local commercial district, the city has purchased about 40 vacant stores in Danong Mart and Sinan Coa Traditional Market and is offering them to young merchants through public leases.
This beer festival is a customer appreciation event prepared by the young merchants of Soso Planet Sinan to promote mutual cooperation with local residents.
The festival will take place inside the youth mall from 5 p.m. to midnight during the event period. Each visitor will receive one complimentary 500cc draft beer. A variety of meals and side dishes will be sold at affordable prices alongside the draft beer. During the event, there will also be various activities offering prizes, such as a "lucky draw," "discount coupon giveaways," and a "rock-paper-scissors game."
