[Invest&Law] Pacific Law Firm and Korea Innovative Pharmaceuticals Consortium Sign MOU

View original imageOn July 23, Pacific Law Firm (Limited) announced that it had signed a mutual cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Innovative Pharmaceuticals Consortium Foundation (KIMCo Foundation).
Through this agreement, the two organizations have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: support for investment and development of domestic biotech companies; support for the innovative growth of pharmaceutical and biotech companies; and sharing industry insights and activating networking through online and offline seminars, workshops, trend and issue reports, and more. In particular, Pacific Law Firm plans to support the growth of startups by providing professional and systematic support, such as lectures and seminars on major legal issues faced by startups, including investment contracts for global expansion in the bio industry, intellectual property (IP) strategies, and technology transfer agreements.
