Launching Digital Lifecare Services for Blood Glucose Homecare and Senior Monitoring
Woongjin FreedLife announced on the 21st that it has partnered with Kakao Healthcare and Zeroweb to newly launch a 'Digital Lifecare Service'.
The new service consists of two main features: blood glucose homecare and senior monitoring. The company aims to provide tangible benefits to customers' lives through health and care services based on digital technology. In particular, exclusive benefits will be offered to Woongjin FreedLife subscribers.

View original imageThe 'Blood Glucose Homecare' service, introduced in partnership with Kakao Healthcare, supports personalized blood glucose measurement and analysis using a medical device continuous glucose monitor certified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the AI-based mobile health management app 'PASTA.' The service helps users establish healthy lifestyle habits through real-time blood glucose monitoring and diet management features. Woongjin FreedLife customers will receive an additional benefit for one extra person on top of the basic two-person package, as well as Kakao Healthcare merchandise and a PASTA shopping bag.
The 'Senior Monitoring' service, developed in collaboration with Zeroweb, is a digital remote care system designed for parents living alone or family members who require care due to illnesses such as dementia. The system detects and analyzes seniors' daily activities in real time through contactless sensors and a smart hub, and automatically connects to the control center and emergency response agencies in case of abnormal signs or emergencies, enabling a swift response. Woongjin FreedLife customers will also benefit from a waiver of the installation fee.
