Vect Signs MOU for AI Robotics Solution Partnership with JM Robotics
Vect, a company specializing in digital signage and smart educational devices, announced on July 21 that it has signed a strategic business partnership (MOU) with JM Robotics, a company specializing in AI robot service design.

View original imageThe two companies plan to begin full-scale collaboration on the joint planning and development of robot equipment, AI-based experiential educational solutions, and smart educational spaces. The key focus is to combine Vect's expertise in smart educational devices and space design with JM Robotics' capabilities in developing AI humanoid robots and physical AI content.
JM Robotics is the domestic partner of UBTECH, a global AI humanoid robot company. It has a variety of proven use cases, including AI robots based on large language models (LLMs), as well as barista and care robots.
The company has also demonstrated its technological and operational capabilities through collaborations with numerous local governments, including those in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Jeonnam. By leading next-generation educational service models such as 'AI BUNKER,' 'ROBOT DAY,' and digital twin-based educational platforms, it is expanding its presence in both domestic and international public education markets.

A Vect representative stated, "The AI and robotics industries have been growing rapidly in recent years," and added, "Through this agreement, we aim to move beyond our existing device-focused business to establish a next-generation smart education platform that integrates robots, content, and spaces, thereby leading the market."
