Busan Urban Corporation Conducts 'On-Site Integrity Perception Survey' at Public Housing Sites
Blocking Corruption Risks in Advance...
Spreading a Field-Oriented Culture of Integrity
Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced on July 18 that it conducted an "On-Site Integrity Perception Survey" targeting public housing construction sites for one week from June 23 to June 30.
This survey was implemented to enhance the transparency of public projects and to proactively prevent corruption risks. The survey targeted a total of 63 individuals, including supervisors, construction companies, and corporation employees at completed sites such as the Happy Housing Complex 1 in front of City Hall and the Eco Delta City 18?20BL public sale housing. It was conducted online through QR code postings and text message invitations.
The survey covered topics such as: ▲awareness of integrity during work processes, ▲experience of integrity or corruption on site, and ▲suggestions for improving integrity. The results showed that overall awareness of the importance of transparency and integrity in work was high, and the risk factors for corruption on site were evaluated as low.
Based on these results, Busan Urban Corporation plans to identify potential integrity vulnerabilities that may arise during the implementation of public housing projects and to establish customized integrity measures reflecting stakeholder feedback. Through these efforts, the corporation aims to establish a field-oriented culture of integrity and to enhance transparency and reliability throughout its projects.
