Busan Regional Headquarters of KOSHA Conducts Campaign to Promote Five Basic Heat Wave Safety Rules
The Busan Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (headed by Jeong Jongdeok) conducted a campaign on July 16 to promote the five basic safety rules for heat wave protection, aiming to prevent fatal industrial accidents caused by summer heat waves.

The campaign was carried out simultaneously at two locations: the Korea Southern Power Busan Bitdream Headquarters and the Eomgungdong POSCO-Housing Redevelopment site. At each location, the basic safety rules for heat wave protection were communicated to workers, and promotional items such as cool kits and ion beverages were distributed.

We are carrying out a variety of activities, including financial and technical support, on-site inspections, and campaigns, to prevent heat-related illnesses caused by heat waves." He also stressed the importance of active interest from both employers and workers.
