The program involves 10 participating companies. Its purpose is to prevent early resignations caused by poor adaptation of new employees and to foster a culture of organizational harmony, thereby promoting organizational adaptation and long-term employment.
Support is provided by selecting either breakfast (for 7 companies) or cultural events (for 3 companies), based on a survey of the participating companies' needs to support organizational adaptation and culture building.
For breakfast support, the program visits the companies directly and provides sandwiches and beverages using a coffee truck. For cultural events, movie tickets are provided.
Yang Jinseok, Chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, said, "These support programs, including cultural events, will help improve organizational adaptation by welcoming and providing communication opportunities for new employees, thereby encouraging long-term retention. They will also serve to promote both internal and external projects related to the creation of new jobs."
