AVAJAR Signs MOU with Nature Factory to Secure Global Distribution
Rikit Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Taegwan), the distributor of the daily self-care cosmetic brand AVAJAR, announced on the 16th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Nature Factory Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Junghyun), a beauty and healthcare OEM/ODM specialist, for overseas distribution and joint development of new products under the AVAJAR brand.
Through this agreement, AVAJAR will grant Nature Factory the rights for both online and offline distribution in the Americas, and the two companies will jointly pursue global distribution and marketing strategies. AVAJAR is accelerating its expansion into the global market, focusing on the Americas as a new growth engine this year, and has decided to collaborate with Nature Factory, which has specialized marketing capabilities for North American media commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Amazon.
In particular, Nature Factory's established presence in numerous local media commerce channels and sales networks enables the creation of content tailored to each region and the planning of viral marketing campaigns based on rapid feedback, which is a key strength.
AVAJAR is a K-beauty brand well known among domestic and international consumers for its functional products such as facial lifting masks and mask packs, and is expected to accelerate its repositioning and expansion of its product portfolio through this agreement.
Starting with this MOU, the two companies plan to collaborate on a wide range of strategies, including expanding into global e-commerce and retail channels, joint development of localized new products, securing eco-friendly packaging and global certifications, and brand localization marketing.
