IBK Industrial Bank Conducts Second-Half Reshuffle and Organizational Restructuring, Establishes Credit Culture Improvement Team

On July 15, IBK Industrial Bank announced that it had carried out a personnel reshuffle and organizational restructuring for the second half of the year, focusing on strengthening internal controls and enhancing future competitiveness.
To prevent a recurrence of large-scale improper loan incidents, the bank established the 'Credit Culture Improvement Team,' which will review and redesign the decision-making system related to credit (loans).
The bank also increased its workforce in the area of internal controls.
The bank newly created the 'IT Architecture Team,' which reports directly to the IT Group and will be responsible for redesigning information technology (IT) systems and introducing new technologies.
The personnel reshuffle involved a total of 2,714 employees.
