Hwasun County Council Holds 'Integrity Pledge and Integrity Practice Campaign'
Marking the First Anniversary of the Second Half

View original imageThis event, attended by all council members and affiliated public officials, was organized to mark the first anniversary of the second half of the 9th Hwasun County Council. The purpose was to reaffirm the value of integrity and pledge to practice it, thereby creating a council trusted by the residents.
All participants personally signed the integrity pledge, committing to eradicate corruption and fulfill their ethical responsibilities.
Afterwards, they held a commemorative photo session with a banner reading "The first step for the residents is integrity," widely expressing their commitment to integrity to the public.
Chairperson Oh Hyungyeol stated, "Integrity is both a promise to the residents and a fundamental value of public service. The council and public officials will unite to lead by example in practicing integrity, so that we may become a council even more trusted by the residents."
Meanwhile, Hwasun County Council is striving to establish a culture of integrity and transparency through various programs, including integrity education, improvements to anti-corruption systems, and efforts to enhance ethical awareness.
