Five Hwaseong SMEs Achieve 88 Export Consultations in Japan
Hwaseong City Operates Group Booth at M-Tech 2025
Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province, announced on July 15 that five local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) achieved a total of 88 export consultations and signed four memorandums of understanding (MOUs) at the '2025 Japan Tokyo Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo (M-Tech 2025)', which was held from July 9 to 11 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

View original imageM-Tech is Japan's largest exhibition for mechanical components and has been held annually since 1997. The exhibition featured products such as motors and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, mechanical components including screws and bearings, and machine equipment and related parts such as sensors and precision instruments.
The city set up a Hwaseong City group booth at this exhibition to support participating companies. The group booth included Baro Studio Co., Ltd., Brand New Machinery Co., Ltd., Sinacell Co., Ltd., ISB Korea Co., Ltd., and Furnace One Co., Ltd.
The participating companies achieved five export contracts, four MOUs, and a total of 88 export consultations. In particular, Brand New Machinery, which handles coating machines used in the secondary battery and hydrogen sectors, signed two contracts.
Do Sungjin, CEO of Brand New Machinery, stated, "The city's customized overseas exhibition support program is greatly helping SMEs with their exports."

In addition to operating the group booth, the city also organized the 'Hwaseong City Delegation' at this exhibition. The delegation supported 18 local SMEs in enhancing their marketing and technical capabilities and in identifying advanced technologies.
