Noh Yongseok, Vice Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, is a seasoned bureaucrat well-versed in SME policy, having held a wide range of key positions within the ministry.
He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with a degree in Business Administration and earned a master's degree in Business Administration from ESSEC Grande Ecole in France in 2005.
He entered public service by passing the 41st Higher Civil Service Examination and served as Deputy Director in the Export-Import Team of the Trade and Investment Promotion Office at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, and as Deputy Director of the Automobile and Shipbuilding Division at the Ministry of Knowledge Economy.
