The detention hearing for former President Yoon Sukyeol, which is currently underway at the Seoul Central District Court on July 9, is scheduled to resume around 8:00 p.m. after a break of about one hour.
Former President Yoon Sukyeol is entering the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 9th to undergo a detention hearing (warrant review). The hearing will be presided over by Chief Judge Nam Sejin (Judicial Research and Training Institute Class 33), who is in charge of warrants.
Chief Judge Nam Sejin, who is in charge of warrants at the Seoul Central District Court and has been presiding over Yoon's warrant review since 2:15 p.m. that day, decided to take a one-hour recess starting at around 7:00 p.m. for dinner.
It has been reported that Chief Judge Nam plans to resume the hearing at around 8:00 p.m.
