[Click eStock] "Studio Dragon Expected to See Increased Profit Per Title"
Daishin Securities predicted on July 9 that Studio Dragon's profit per title is expected to increase due to a rise in simultaneous broadcasts and cost efficiency.
Kim Hoejae, a researcher at Daishin Securities, explained, "The company is expected to produce 25 titles this year," adding, "This is an increase of six titles compared to last year."
He continued, "There will be eight simultaneous broadcasts, with six of them scheduled for the second half of this year," and added, "Production efficiency is also expected to show results starting in the second half."
He analyzed, "This year's operating profit is estimated to reach 39.4 billion won," noting, "This is a downward revision from the previous estimate of 46 billion won, reflecting the underperformance of 'Ask the Stars.'"
