SK Securities Receives A Grade in Sustinvest ESG Evaluation
On July 4, SK Securities announced that it had received an A grade in the 2025 first-half ESG evaluation conducted by Sustinvest, a leading domestic ESG rating agency.
This ESG evaluation was conducted for 1,295 listed companies. It is characterized by a strengthened qualitative assessment of the governance (G) sector, including the independence of audit committees, the supervisory function of outside directors, and the effectiveness of ESG committee operations.
SK Securities is recognized for having established a company-wide, execution-based system that demonstrates substantial governance competitiveness. This includes the regular operation of the ESG Committee within the board of directors, direct board reporting on key sustainability management issues, strengthening of the monitoring system centered on outside directors, and the advancement of risk response and internal controls.
An SK Securities representative stated, "This result is not just a declaration, but the outcome of actual changes made throughout the organization," adding, "We will continue to focus on substantial ESG management tasks and strive to become a trusted financial company for stakeholders such as customers, shareholders, and employees."
