iQuest Launches ERP Integrated with Newzen Solution's 'Eolmasign'... One-Stop Non-Face-to-Face Employment Contracts Now Possible
On July 4, software specialist company iQuest announced the official launch of a fully integrated service connecting Newzen Solution's ERP system with the electronic contract platform Eolmasign, in collaboration with Newzen Solution.
Through this partnership, companies can now handle the entire process from drafting employment contracts to electronic signatures in a non-face-to-face, one-stop manner within the ERP system.
Previously, ERP and electronic contract systems operated separately, making repetitive printing, scanning, and uploading procedures unavoidable. However, with this integration, the efficiency and accuracy of HR management tasks are expected to improve significantly.
Companies that have adopted Newzen ERP can process contract-related tasks through a single interface, without the need for external movement or separate logins.
Jang Sunsu, CEO of Newzen Solution, emphasized, "ERP is evolving from a simple accounting program into a digital management infrastructure for companies," adding, "Integration with Eolmasign will serve as an opportunity to enhance customers' actual work productivity."
Starting with this new feature, Newzen Solution plans to expand the scope of electronic contracts to various documents, such as payroll statements and consent forms for changes in personnel information. The industry is paying close attention, as this represents a structural integration between ERP and electronic contract platforms, rather than a simple addition of features.
Eolmasign is an electronic contract platform operated by iQuest, and its simple interface and high level of security have led to its adoption by a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises.
