[Personnel] Seo Inseok, Head of Media and Public Relations, Promoted to Grade 3 Director at Seoul Metropolitan Council
The Seoul Metropolitan Council announced on July 2 that, in accordance with the organizational restructuring of the Council Secretariat scheduled for the second half of 2025, appointments and transfers for newly established Grade 3 (Director-General of Legislative Affairs) and for officials at Grade 4 and above will take effect as of July 4 this year.
In this round of personnel changes, Seo Inseok, Head of the Media and Public Relations Division, has been promoted and appointed as Director-General of Legislative Affairs at Grade 3. Among the Grade 4 appointments, Yoon Hogeun, Head of the Legislative Team, has been promoted to Head of the Legislative Division, and Lee Sunhee, Head of the Operations Management Team, has been promoted to Head of the Fiscal Analysis Division.
Kim Yongseok, Secretary General of the Council Secretariat, stated, "This personnel reshuffle was carried out to promote and appoint officials at Grade 3 and transfer those at Grade 4 in line with the organizational restructuring in the second half of 2025, with the aim of advancing and developing the Council into one that works together with citizens across various fields such as society, culture, and the economy." He added, "By placing talented individuals with diverse administrative experience, expertise, and strong communication and coordination skills in the right positions, we will be able to support legislative activities more professionally and efficiently, and grow into a Council that citizens trust even more."
