Recruitment for the 8th Citizen Participation Group for Saeul Units 3·4 by Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power
Recruiting 50 Local Residents from Ulsan, Busan, and Gyeongnam
Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (Director: So Yoo-seop) will openly recruit members for the "8th Citizen Participation Group for Saeul Units 3·4" from 1:00 p.m. on July 14 until August 1.
The Citizen Participation Group has been operated since 2018 to ensure public trust in nuclear safety through transparent information disclosure. The "8th Citizen Participation Group for Saeul Units 3·4" plans to select a total of 50 residents living in the areas adjacent to the construction site of Saeul Units 3·4, specifically in Ulsan, Busan, and Gyeongnam regions.
The selected participants will take part in online education and on-site visits covering the entire lifecycle of Saeul Units 3·4?including construction, commissioning, and operation?over a three-month period from August to October. They will also be able to freely share opinions and make policy suggestions through the dedicated website for the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Citizen Participation Group.
