InskoB and SymVerse Labs to Build 'Next-Generation Financial Platform'
KOSPI-listed company InskoB announced on July 1 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with blockchain technology firm SymVerse Labs. The two companies plan to actively collaborate on building a next-generation financial platform based on blockchain technology.
This agreement was established to jointly pursue practical platform businesses utilizing blockchain technology by combining the technological capabilities, infrastructure, and business competencies of both companies. They plan to work together on security token offering (STO) projects and Web3.0-based financial platforms, and will also discuss detailed business plans and the establishment of a joint venture for these initiatives.
Both companies expect this agreement to serve as a foundation for promoting profitable business ventures. They also intend to prioritize cooperation in their respective independent businesses to maximize synergy.
SymVerse Labs has been strengthening its position as a blockchain specialist by focusing on building a diverse blockchain service ecosystem, such as DeFi and NFT-based SNS platforms, in connection with its decentralized wallet "Sallt.io." SymVerse Labs was founded by Choi Soo-hyuk, an industry expert who previously worked at the Korea Information Society Development Institute and served as an adjunct professor at the Graduate School of Information Security, Korea University, leading the field in blockchain technology.
A representative from SymVerse Labs stated, "Through our collaboration with InskoB, we aim to expand the real-world applications of blockchain technology and realize innovative service models based on real-life Web3 experiences."
