OCI Holdings Receives Top 'AA' ESG Rating from Sustinvest
B to BB to AA... Three Consecutive Upgrades
Fourth Place in Governance Among General Holding Companies
Ranked 10th in the 'Top 100 Outstanding ESG Companies'
OCI Holdings has received the highest grade of 'AA' in the 2025 first half ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assessment conducted by Sustinvest, a leading domestic ESG evaluation agency. This marks an improvement of two notches from the BB grade in the second half of last year, and the company has now succeeded in raising its rating for three consecutive periods.
OCI Holdings announced on the 1st that it scored a total of 91.75 points in Sustinvest's first half ESG assessment this year, receiving consistently high marks across all categories: Environment (E), Social (S), and Governance (G). In particular, the company demonstrated strengths in the governance sector, including shareholder rights, information transparency, and board composition, ranking fourth within the general holding company sector.
Sustinvest evaluates the ESG performance of major companies twice a year, in the first and second halves, and announces the results in seven grades (E~AA). In the first half of this year, a total of 1,295 companies were assessed, and the AA grade was awarded to about 90 companies, representing the top 7.3%.
OCI Holdings was also selected as one of the '2025 Top 100 Outstanding ESG Companies.' Among 50 companies with assets of 2 trillion won or more, OCI Holdings ranked 10th. Its business subsidiary, OCI, also received an A grade in this assessment, indicating a high ESG standard across the group.
A representative from OCI Holdings stated, "This achievement is the result of our efforts to transparently disclose ESG information and continuously strengthen communication with stakeholders," and added, "We will continue to pursue sustainable growth through advanced ESG management."

Meanwhile, OCI Holdings has maintained an A grade for two consecutive years in the evaluation by the Korea ESG Standards Institute (KCGS), and has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Korea for 16 consecutive years. In March, the company also received an A grade in the MSCI ESG assessment.
