A Day Just for You!... Yangsan City Holds Healing Workshop for Civil Complaint Officers
On June 27, Yangsan City, Gyeongnam held the 2025 Healing Workshop for Civil Complaint Officers to help relieve the emotional labor stress of civil complaint officers and to provide them with mental and physical rejuvenation.
This workshop, held at PIARC in Yeongdo-gu, Busan, was organized to provide a time of psychological stability and emotional recovery for public officials who have been experiencing psychological pressure and emotional distress due to increasingly complex and diverse civil complaints. A total of 31 civil complaint officers from the main office, branch offices, and township and neighborhood offices participated.
The participating civil complaint officers were able to spend the day entirely for themselves, relieving stress from their duties through experiential programs such as making color therapy diffusers, physical care, and tarot card experiences, as well as visiting Arte Museum and enjoying Cafe & Bakery.
Song Seongmi, Director of the General Civil Complaints Division, said, "Although today's event is only a short day, I hope it serves as a time of rest and rejuvenation to heal the weary hearts of civil complaint officers," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to foster a civil complaint culture of mutual consideration and communication with citizens."
