The Galmaedong D1 Block Senior Center, with a total project cost of 1.3 billion won, will be a single-story building. After completing administrative procedures such as public design review, preliminary certification for a barrier-free (BF) environment, and building permit consultations, the city signed a contract with the construction company in May. The construction is scheduled to be completed by November, with the official opening planned for December.
