"Words I Could Not Deliver" is a ballad that expresses the feelings of regret and the words left unsaid, which remain in one's heart and linger even after a breakup. The calm piano melody and strings blend with Position's uniquely deep vocals, creating a restrained yet powerful emotional resonance.
The lyrics are written in the form of a monologue, repeating the words that could not be conveyed to someone who has left, capturing the traces of feelings that do not fade with time.
This song marks Position's reunion with composers Jung Taeyu, Yoo Jiuk, and Park Youngmin, following their collaboration on the 2013 drama "Yawang" OST "There Is No Love." The three composers jointly participated in writing, composing, and arranging the track.
The jacket features a black-and-white image of Position, and instead of a music video, a live performance video will be released to convey the song's emotions.
Position is a representative emotional vocalist of the 2000s, known for songs such as "I Love You," "To You," "One Day," and "Summer Time." More recently, Position has released digital singles including "Listen to Me," "Coming," and "Where Could You Be."
