"Kindness Comes First" ... Changwon Special City Holds 'First Half Kindness Public Official' Awards

On June 27, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held the '2025 First Half Kindness (Eutteum) Public Official' award ceremony in the city administration conference room at city hall.
This ceremony was organized to realize citizen-centered, kind administration, and to enhance the service quality and pride of Changwon City public officials.
The Kindness (Eutteum) Public Official is selected through a screening process from among employees who have received gratitude and praise from citizens for their proactive and kind handling of duties. This time, the awardees were: Jang Bongsoo (Kindness Eutteum) from the Livestock Division of the Agricultural Technology Center; Lee Hyekyung (Kindness) from the Women and Family Division of the Welfare, Women, and Health Bureau; Lee Seungwon (Kindness) from the Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division of Uichang-gu; Kim Eunju (Kindness) from Bansong-dong in Seongsan-gu; Song Hwajeong (Kindness) from the Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division of Masanhappo-gu; Choi Hyeran (Kindness) from Naeseo-eup in Masanhoewon-gu; and Yang Seoyeon (Kindness) from the Family Welfare Division of Jinhae-gu.
Jang Geumyong, acting mayor of Changwon Special City, said, "I would like to thank the awardees for sincerely listening to the voices of citizens and practicing kind service," adding, "We will continue to actively support trusted administration that citizens can truly experience."
