The event may end early if the allocated budget is exhausted. Eligible participants include registered national merit recipients under the "Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons of Distinguished Services to the State," ROTC cadets attending universities within Seongbuk District, and users of Nara Sarang Stores (Seoul Pay affiliated merchants) registered with the Military Manpower Administration and located in Seongbuk District.
The participation method varies depending on the eligible group. National merit recipients and ROTC cadets can submit their name, phone number, and proof photo via the Naver Form (naver.me/x1m3FvmX). Users of Nara Sarang Stores will automatically receive the payback after the event ends, based on the usage records from each affiliated store, without the need for a separate application.
