On June 25, the government stated, "We welcome the announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, and we appreciate the diplomatic efforts of the United States and other relevant countries that played a key role in this process."
In a spokesperson's statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the same day, the government added, "We hope that all parties will faithfully implement the terms of this agreement so that tensions in the region can be alleviated as soon as possible."
