Daedong Hospital Successfully Completes Overseas Training Program for Executives and Employees in Vietnam in the First Half of This Year
Daedong Hospital (Director: Lee Gwangjae) conducted an overseas training program for its executives and employees in Nha Trang and Da Lat, Vietnam, for five days starting from June 18, 2025.
This training was organized to promote communication and unity among staff members, as well as to provide an opportunity for recharging away from their busy work routines. The program was led by Choi Seongun, Head of the Digital Management Department. A total of 30 employees were selected from various departments, including nurses, clinical laboratory technologists, radiologic technologists, physical therapists, emergency medical technicians, and hospital administration.
The main itinerary included visits to Nha Trang’s representative cultural heritage sites such as Po Nagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, and Nha Trang Cathedral. In Da Lat, participants enjoyed meaningful moments of relaxation and healing in the beautiful natural surroundings, including the Bamboo Forest Cable Car, Linh Phuoc Pagoda, and Xuan Huong Lake.
Director Lee Gwangjae stated, "I hope this overseas training serves as a meaningful reward, albeit small, for our staff who have always given their best for our patients. I also hope that Daedong Hospital continues to be a place where we encourage one another and dream of the future together."

Choi Seongun, Head of the Digital Management Department, said, "Although I have spent 31 years at Daedong Hospital with many colleagues, we have rarely had opportunities for deep communication due to our busy work schedules. This overseas training became a valuable time to genuinely connect with employees from various departments and listen to each other's stories. It was very meaningful to build stronger bonds and harmony with colleagues who do their best in their respective positions. I hope that such communication and unity will continue to serve as a solid foundation for the growth and development of Daedong Hospital."
