The news that the company has been selected as a final participant in the "2025 Hyper-scale AI-based Cloud Service Development Capability Support" project, organized by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), appears to be influencing the stock price.
A Forcs representative stated, "Having already commercialized AI handwriting recognition and voice recognition technologies, we will further advance the application of AI in the electronic document and electronic contract sector through this project," adding, "Through AI technology collaboration with Naver, we aim to expand our competitiveness not only in the domestic market but also globally."

Forcs has once again received official recognition for its technological capabilities and market position in the electronic document and electronic contract sector based on homegrown technology.
Forcs plans to launch "eformsign AI" (tentative name), which integrates Naver's hyper-scale AI "CLOVA X" with its electronic document service "eformsign," in the second half of this year. The company is developing a new AI assistant feature called "Form Agent," which will dramatically improve the document creation process. By applying CLOVA X's hyper-scale large language model (LLM) to Forcs' existing technology for automatic identification and placement of input and signature fields within documents, the core feature will be the automation of participant information and permission settings for signatures.
Based on 30 years of accumulated expertise in electronic document technology, Forcs developed the "OZ e-Form" electronic document engine, which is used by over 70% of domestic financial institutions. Leveraging this, "eformsign" is currently utilized by major corporations such as Hyundai Motor, SK Telecom, LG Chem, and GS Caltex.
