[Market Focus] Domestic Secondary Battery Stocks Surge on Tesla Robo-Taxi Boost
On the morning of June 24, domestic stock markets saw a strong rally among secondary battery-related stocks, including LG Energy Solution, as Tesla's share price surged following its robo-taxi trial operations.
As of 9:30 a.m. on the same day, LG Energy Solution shares were trading at 304,500 won per share, up 3.57% from the previous session. Samsung SDI also jumped 5.49%. POSCO Future M rose 3.34%, while Lotte Energy Materials gained 3.15%. In the KOSDAQ market, EcoPro BM and EcoPro were both recording gains of around 7%.
