Chungnam Office of Education Provides Integrity Training for Personnel Department Staff
Special Lecture on Integrity and Case-Based Training Held
On June 23, the Chungnam Provincial Office of Education held a "Cheongnyeom-han Day" integrity education session for staff in the personnel department at the Chungmu Hall of the provincial education office. The event aimed to raise awareness of and promote a culture of integrity among employees.
The event featured a special lecture by Song Myungsook, Head of the Teacher Personnel Division, on the theme of "Integrity and Proactive Administration." In addition, Lee Kyuhun, a supervisor from the Audit Office of the Chungnam Office of Education and an integrity communication instructor active within the province, provided education focused on integrity-related laws and real-life case studies.
Song Myungsook, Head of the Teacher Personnel Division, stated, "Integrity goes beyond simply abiding by the law; it is a value that is created together through constant communication among members of the organization." She added, "I hope that the sense of integrity fostered through this event will naturally permeate daily life and the overall organizational culture."
The Chungnam Provincial Office of Education plans to continue implementing a variety of integrity programs that all employees can voluntarily participate in and relate to.
