The province operated a joint promotional booth for local universities at the "2025 Germany Korea Study Abroad Fair," which was held on the 16th and 18th at the Free University of Berlin and the University of Tuebingen in Germany, respectively.
This fair, co-hosted by the Korean Education Center in Germany and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Frankfurt, featured participation from eight universities in Korea.
The Chungnam Province Germany Office introduced study abroad programs and admission guidelines for four universities in the province?Sangmyung University, Soonchunhyang University, Korea University of Technology and Education, and Hanseo University?and provided customized consultations.
A provincial official stated, "To provide opportunities for foreign students to improve their Korean language skills, which are essential for academic adaptation and settlement, Chungcheongnam-do plans to designate and operate Korean Language Centers for International Students at four universities (Kongju National University, Baekseok University, Sunmoon University, and Hanseo University), and will comprehensively support job training and settlement programs to assist with employment and living conditions."
