The event featured a psychological expert sharing stories as well as a Korean traditional music concert.
Participants at the event said, "Through the fusion program of Korean traditional music and psychological healing, we had time to reflect on and understand our past selves, which helped us heal our inner selves. We shared emotional communication and empathy with our neighbors for a happier community, and learned ways to care for our emotions in daily life, which received a great response."
Additional activities at the event included mental health counseling, stress and emotional checkups, as well as dementia prevention experiences and blood pressure and blood sugar measurements.
Nutrition County Governor Oh Dochang said, "I hope this lecture will help promote psychological stability and mental health among residents, and we will continue to prepare a variety of programs in the future."
