A Flood of Books for Elementary School... Seoul Headquarters Gifts to Celebrate Seosaeng Elementary's Relocation and Reopening
Support for 892 Books in 147 Categories for Children
On June 18, Seoul Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (headed by So Yooseop) donated 892 books in 147 different categories, valued at approximately 10 million KRW, at the relocation and reopening ceremony of Seosaeng Elementary School.
The donated books consist of essential reading materials for elementary school students, covering subjects such as science, environment, and career guidance. These books have been placed in the newly opened school library and book cafe, and are expected to help improve the students' reading environment and promote a culture of reading.
Choi Seungyu, principal of Seosaeng Elementary School, expressed gratitude, saying, "I am thankful for the generous support from Seoul Headquarters for nurturing future talents," and added, "We will make good use of the donated books for students' character education and reading activities."
