DB Securities Signs MOU with Koscom for Token Securities Platform Business
DB Securities (CEO Kwak Bongseok) announced that on June 17, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Koscom at Koscom’s headquarters in Yeouido for a pilot project on a token securities platform.
This MOU is a strategic partnership aimed at jointly building distribution and issuance infrastructure based on blockchain technology, as the security token market based on digital assets is beginning to take off in earnest. The two companies plan to strengthen their collaborative framework for token securities-related businesses going forward.
DB Securities plans to use this agreement as an opportunity to proactively respond to the Security Token Offering (STO) market, while continuing to invest in and develop strategies to secure future-oriented capital market infrastructure.
