Yongin City Installs 'Joayang Toktokham' Suggestion Boxes at City Hall and District Offices
Suggestions on Civil Complaints and Policies Accepted Until July 18
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province has installed an offline suggestion box called 'Joayang Toktokham (talk! talk!)' to incorporate a wide range of citizens' opinions into city administration. The box will be in operation until July 18.

View original image'Joayang Toktokham' is a suggestion box featuring the city's character, Joayang. Citizens can freely submit their opinions, civil complaints, and policy proposals. The city plans to reflect the suggestions received through the box in municipal administration and also discuss them during the 'Dialogue with Citizens' events that will be held at each district office starting later this month.
The suggestion boxes are installed in the following locations: one in front of the first-floor lobby of the main City Hall building, one at the entrance of the Civil Affairs and Land Information Division of the Cheoin District Office main building, one at the entrance of the Civil Affairs and Land Information Division of the Giheung District Office main building, and one at the entrance of the Civil Affairs and Land Information Division of the Suji District Office main building.
The city will collect the contents of the suggestion boxes once or twice a week, transferring or reviewing civil complaints with the relevant departments. The results will be communicated directly to citizens via phone, mail, or email.
