Gangdong-gu to Host "2025 Healthy Lifestyle Video Contest"
Submit Videos Under One Minute by July 31
Gangdong-gu in Seoul is hosting the "2025 Healthy Lifestyle Video Contest" to encourage residents to practice healthy living and to promote the creation of a healthy city.
Any Gangdong-gu resident can participate in this contest. The theme is "Thoughts and Activities on Practicing Health in Everyday Life," and participants are invited to freely express and produce videos on various healthy lifestyle habits, such as exercise, quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, healthy eating, oral care, and mental health management.
Videos must be vertical and no longer than one minute. The submission period runs until July 31. Residents wishing to participate should submit their videos by email to the designated contact person (limso0915@gd.go.kr).
Gangdong-gu will select a total of nine outstanding entries from the submissions and present awards to the winners in September. The selected works will be posted on the official YouTube channel of the Gangdong-gu Health Center and used as content to share examples and the importance of health management in daily life.

Jung Hyejeong, head of the Health Administration Division of Gangdong-gu, said, "We hope that anyone can easily participate in this contest, regardless of age or format," and added, "We look forward to seeing various perspectives and practical examples of healthy living widely shared through video content created directly by residents."
