SK Securities Discusses Investment Cooperation with US Hotel Brand Kessler Collection
SK Securities announced on June 16 that it has held discussions on investment cooperation with the American luxury hotel brand Kessler Collection for participation in the 'K-Con Land' project, which is led by the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority.

View original imageK-Con Land is a project aimed at fostering the video and cultural industries by attracting content companies to the Incheon Free Economic Zone. Kessler Collection, which owns more than ten luxury hotels and resorts worldwide, submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Incheon City and the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority on June 12 for this project.
SK Securities is expected to participate as the lead arranger for project financing in this initiative. In cooperation with Kessler Collection, the company is pursuing efforts to attract premium hotels and provide specialized services for global tourists. Richard Kessler, Chairman of Kessler Collection, visited the SK Securities headquarters in person to discuss joint commercialization strategies.
