Yangsan Branch of Ministry of Employment and Labor Holds "Corporate Leap Guarantee Package" Job Demand Day in Gimhae
The Yangsan branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (headed by Kwon Kuhyung) held a "Corporate Leap Guarantee Package Job Demand Day" at the Gimhae Employment Center on June 11, and organized an on-site recruitment event to address labor shortages at local small and medium-sized enterprises and connect young job seekers with employment opportunities.

At the event, two companies?Turbo Link (bearing manufacturing) and Jeongjin Tech (automotive parts manufacturing)?participated and conducted interviews with the aim of hiring a total of six employees for positions such as parts assemblers and machine operators.
The "Corporate Leap Guarantee Package" is a program by the Ministry of Employment and Labor that offers step-by-step customized services, such as raising awareness and improving employment environments, for companies experiencing recruitment difficulties. Since last year, the Gimhae Employment Center has continued to support 49 companies through this initiative.
Additional programs, including interview image consulting, job briefings, and interview coaching, were also provided at the event venue, enhancing job seekers' satisfaction.
Kwon Kuhyung, head of the Yangsan branch, stated, "I hope this event serves as an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises to secure talent and as a stepping stone for young people seeking employment," adding, "We will continue to do our best to provide employment support tailored to on-site needs."
