Over 100 Employees Participate
Promoting Healthy Eating Habits and Domestic Rice Consumption
On June 10, the Chungnam Sejong branch of NongHyup held the "1,000-Won Breakfast Campaign" for its employees at the branch cafeteria.
This campaign was organized to encourage healthy eating habits among office workers, who often skip breakfast due to their busy schedules, and to promote the consumption of domestically produced rice.
More than 100 employees participated, and a breakfast made with domestic rice and a variety of ingredients was provided at a self-pay price of 1,000 won.
Jung Haeung, head of the Chungnam Sejong branch of NongHyup, said, "Through ongoing campaigns, we hope our employees can start their day energetically and that we can also support rural communities struggling with declining rice consumption."
