View original imageAccording to the National Fire Agency, a report was received at 10:22 a.m. on June 10 that a fire had started at the Buddhist Central Museum inside Jogyesa Temple in Gyeonji-dong, Jongno-gu. The first fire response team arrived within five minutes, at 10:27 a.m. Twelve minutes later, at approximately 10:39 a.m., the fire authorities issued Level 1 of the emergency response and are currently working to extinguish the blaze.
So far, 47 personnel and 16 pieces of equipment have been deployed to put out the fire.
