Buyeo-gun Launches "Hometown Love Hall of Fame" to Strengthen Recognition for Major Donors

List of Major Donors for the Buyeo-gun Hometown Donation Program / Buyeo-gun Office
View original imageBuyeo-gun in South Chungcheong Province announced on June 10 that it has established the "Hometown Love Hall of Fame" to promote the Hometown Love Donation Program. The names of major donors who have contributed 5 million won or more will be disclosed on the Buyeo-gun Office website.
The "Hometown Love Hall of Fame" features individuals or organizations who have donated 5 million won or more to the Hometown Love Donation Program from 2023 through this year. Their names are posted in the "County News," "Hometown Love Donation Program," and "Hometown Love Hall of Fame" sections of the official website. The purpose is to honor the philanthropic spirit of major donors and to widely recognize their contributions to the establishment of funds for community welfare.
A total of 22 people have been listed, including Kim Hongrae, president of the Daejeon Buyeo Residents' Association, Park Jongwon, chairman of Daeryung Development Co., Ltd., and Lee Taewoo, CEO of Insunet FC Co., Ltd.
Park Junghyun, the county governor, said, "I deeply appreciate everyone who has actively participated in the Hometown Love Donation Program. We will never forget the precious intentions of each donor and will use their contributions carefully for the development of the region."
Meanwhile, in April, the county held a meeting for major donors to share policies for donor recognition and promotional strategies. The county also plans to continue expanding various benefits and recognition measures for major donors in the future.
