KODIT Designated as Professional Evaluation Agency for KOSDAQ Technology Special Listing System
On June 9, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT) announced that it had signed a 'Professional Evaluation Business Agreement for KOSDAQ Technology Special Listing' with the Korea Exchange and had been designated as a professional evaluation agency.
The technology special listing system allows companies with outstanding technological capabilities to be listed on the securities market through a technology evaluation. To proceed with the technology special listing review, a company must receive evaluations from two professional evaluation agencies, and the results must meet a certain grade or higher.
With this designation, KODIT will conduct evaluations of technological capabilities and marketability for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as mid-sized companies. The organization plans to actively utilize the expertise and know-how it has accumulated through its technology evaluation work.
Since introducing its technology asset evaluation system in 2015, KODIT has served as a technology special listing evaluation agency for KONEX and as a technology evaluation agency designated by the Korean Intellectual Property Office since 2020.
