Ulju County Conducts Intensive Safety Inspections at 104 Public and Private Facilities
Ulju County in Ulsan (Governor Lee Soongeol) announced on June 5 that it has been conducting joint safety inspections by both public and private sectors at 104 public and private facilities as part of the "2025 Korea Intensive Safety Inspection" from April 14 to June 13.
On this day, Ulju County conducted an on-site inspection at the Jungbu Youth Training Center, attended by Governor Lee Soongeol, relevant public officials, private experts, and facility representatives.
Additionally, to promote a culture of autonomous safety in daily life, the county is distributing self-inspection checklists and conducting a self-inspection campaign around the Ulju National Sports Center. Home-use self-inspection checklists have also been produced and are being distributed through local administrative welfare centers.
Through this inspection, Ulju County plans to immediately address issues that can be corrected on-site and to take prompt repair and reinforcement measures if any defects or risk factors are identified.
