He said, "There are many people who genuinely want to practice good politics, and they are struggling here in Honam as members of the People Power Party," adding, "There are many people in Honam who are dedicated to good politics." He went on to explain, "I decided to cast my early vote in Honam to empathize with and support these people."
Han emphasized, "I hope the People Power Party will be filled with truly good people," and added, "For this to happen, I hope many will support the People Power Party politicians who are sacrificing and dedicating themselves in Honam."
When asked by reporters about the significance of this presidential election, he refrained from commenting, saying, "Within 100 meters of the polling station, ... (political statements are restricted)."
Han is scheduled to hold a campaign rally at noon on the same day on Chungjang-ro in Donggu, Gwangju.
