Through this agreement, Coway Life Solution will provide its subscribers with professional senior care service benefits in collaboration with Caring. The benefits include professional long-term care consulting, discounts on non-insured home visit care services and welfare products, and a 1 million KRW partnership discount for the senior care silver town 'Caring Stay.' In addition, a dedicated hotline will be established to make it easier for customers to consult about care services.
The two companies plan to provide customized care solutions for senior customers who require professional assistance such as long-term care, and to enhance customer convenience and satisfaction by linking their services.
