FuturePlay and WantedLab Launch Practical Talent Matching Support... Operate 'Recruitment Support Program' for Portfolio Startups
On May 29, FuturePlay announced that it will operate a program in partnership with HR tech company WantedLab to provide practical support for talent recruitment at its portfolio startups.
This program was created to address the challenge of securing key talent that technology-driven startups often face during their growth stages. Based on WantedLab's pool of verified tech talent, FuturePlay will connect its portfolio startups with the most suitable candidates.
WantedLab will open a dedicated "FuturePlay Zone" for nine companies invested in by FuturePlay, enabling top tech professionals on the WantedLab platform to more easily access recruitment information for these companies.
The participating companies are: video processing AI startup MayI; fisheries and aquaculture AI technology startup Tidepool; AI retail tech startup Dipping Sauce; digital healthcare innovator Huino; commerce AI company Indent Corporation; endoscopy total solution provider MediIntech; multi-biomarker identification solution company Plasomics; robotics foundation model developer RealWorld; and all-in-one recruitment management solution provider Doodlin.
The HR solution "WantedSpace," designed for efficient talent and organizational management, will also be provided free of charge to the participating startups. This solution includes essential features for startup operations, such as attendance management, electronic approval, electronic contracts, and HR data management.
