Through this agreement, the two parties will collaborate on the following: clinical validation and advancement of AI robot-based healthcare technologies; development of customized health management models for the elderly and patients with chronic diseases; and establishment of a hospital-community connected platform based on digital therapeutic devices.

As part of this agreement, Ronpic has provided its responsive stepper-based full-body composite exercise device, "CLIMIT," to the Busan National University Glocal Clinical Validation Center. This equipment will be used for clinical validation research in the fields of rehabilitation medicine, geriatrics, and smart health.

Shin Myungjun, Director of the Glocal Clinical Validation Center at Busan National University (Head of the Biomedical Specialization Headquarters), stated, "This agreement is a meaningful starting point for technology commercialization and patient-centered digital transformation," adding, "We aim to present a model in which the region and hospitals jointly lead the digital health ecosystem."

Baek Junyoung, CEO of Ronpic, said, "Through Busan National University's research and clinical capabilities, we are able to secure the reliability and scalability of our technology," and added, "We will continue to develop innovative technologies that contribute to public health."

This agreement was promoted as part of the Biomedical Specialization Headquarters' strategy to revitalize the regional bioindustry and strengthen industry-academic cooperation. Busan National University plans to further expand its network with local bio companies in the future.
