Under the slogan "Democracy is completed through participation," this campaign is informing all employees of the importance of voting and encouraging voluntary participation through internal bulletin boards, emails, and SNS channels.
Park Man, the union leader, stated, "Voting is both a right and a duty of the people, and it is an important means to uphold the fairness and democratic values of society." He added, "As a member of the local community, Gwangju Bank aims to set an example and contribute to the creation of a healthy voting culture."
