Wecomet Provides Evaluation Equipment for "CPR Competition"
Supply of Evaluation CPR Manikin "BRAYDEN PRO"
Wecomet, a healthcare startup specializing in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), announced on May 27 that it provided its evaluation CPR manikin, "BRAYDEN PRO," for use at the "National CPR Competition for the General Public" held at the Government Sejong Convention Center.
Marking its 14th edition this year, the "National CPR Competition for the General Public" is an event hosted by the National Fire Agency to raise awareness of the importance of emergency care for cardiac arrest patients and to increase the rate of CPR implementation. The BRAYDEN PRO manikin provided for this event is a specialized training device that can evaluate CPR performance. It is linked with the BRAYDEN PRO app and provides real-time feedback, monitoring, and evaluation results for CPR training based on eight indicators, including compression depth, rate, and release.
Founded in 2016, Wecomet has signed an official distributor agreement with Innosonian, a CPR manikin manufacturer, and has supplied CPR training equipment such as "BRAYDEN" and "BRAYDEN PRO" to the market. The company also operates the "BRAYDEN Learning Center," an educational institution under the Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and the "Ministry of the Interior and Safety Children's Safety Education Center." Wecomet has provided CPR education services at various sites, including the National Fire Agency, the Korean Red Cross, university hospitals, institutions under the Ministry of Education, large corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
