Yangsan 4 District Urban Development in Osan Approved... Phased Development Until 2029
An area of 190,000 square meters in Yangsan-dong, Osan City, Gyeonggi Province will be developed into a complex of residential and other facilities.
Gyeonggi Province announced on May 28 that it has approved the implementation plan for the "Yangsan 4 District Urban Development Project" submitted by Osan City.
This approval, carried out in accordance with Article 17 of the Urban Development Act, finalizes the plans for infrastructure construction and land use within the development zone.

Son Imseong, Director of Urban and Housing Affairs at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "With the approval of this implementation plan, the urban development project will gain momentum, and we expect it to contribute to residential stability for local residents and enhance the city's competitiveness." He added, "In particular, the inclusion of infrastructure such as parks and roads in the development will dramatically improve convenience and the overall residential environment."
